After reviewing Addicted Customers, Ken Lersten of A.D. Edwards had the following to say:“Addicted Customers should be required reading in every marketing and employee training program. It provides valuable information and examples about the buyer-seller relationship. The customer or client relationship is a universal concern whether the product is tangible or intangible. John Todor clearly articulates what it takes for the customer to enter into a committed relationship. Moreover, he shows how businesses can make this happen.”
Ken and I share a history. We were on the faculty of the University of New Mexico together many years ago and both made our way into the business world, all be it, in different directions. We lost touch. When I was thinking about reviewers who would provide some critical thinking to my idea, Ken came to mind. In the process of reviewing the book we have renewed contact and have already engaged in some “what next?” thinking. Stay tuned as we jointly explore how the concepts in Addicted Customers apply to the financial services industry. Addicted Customers is available now as a printable eBook at www.AddictedCustomers.com/ebook. It will be available at Amazon and other book purveyors in late October.
